Zesty green apple and crisp lime aromas with a lively acidity, our Riesling is a perfect companion for any warm day. This delightful wine comes from our home block vineyard in Bay View, where the coastal breezes work their magic, creating a fantastic balance between acidity and ripeness. Right after harvesting, we press the grapes and ferment them in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature to keep all that bright fruit character intact. When served chilled, this wine is just plain delicious, perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with your favourite seafood dish.
This Sauvignon Blanc based bubbles is from grapes grown at our home block at Crab Farm winery. It has beautiful aromas of zesty lemon-lime, green apple, and subtle florals with a crisp, refreshing and vibrant acidity, balanced by a hint of sweetness.
