A beautiful blend of 53% Gewurztraminer and 47% Pinot Gris. You’re in for a treat with the generous aromas of quince and lychee that are exuded from the glass, complemented by zesty citrus notes and a hint of subtle spice. There’s a nice touch of sweetness that balances everything out perfectly. We’ve kept it fresh and bright by fermenting in stainless steel with no oak, allowing those vibrant flavours to really shine.
Made from Gewurztraminer grapes grown right here at our Crab Farm vineyard in Bay View. It has an off-dry style that makes it super approachable and enjoyable. You’ll be greeted with gorgeous aromas of rose petals, a hint of ginger spice, and the sweet fragrance of lychee,. We fermented in stainless steel tanks with no oak, allowing those lovely aromatics to really shine. Perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with something spicy.

This delightful wine comes from our home block vineyard in Bay View, where the coastal breezes work their magic, creating a fantastic balance between acidity and ripeness. Right after harvesting, we press the grapes and ferment them in stainless steel tanks at a cool temperature to keep all that bright fruit character intact. When served chilled, this wine is just plain delicious, perfect for sipping on its own or pairing with your favourite seafood dish.
