This lovely wine is crafted from Merlot grapes grown at our picturesque terraced Pukera vineyard in Poraiti. This wine has had skin contact for about six hours, giving it that beautiful, delicate colour you see in the glass. It was then pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel tanks, ensuring that all those fruity flavours shine through without any oak influence. The result is a wonderfully fresh wine with a zingy acidity.
